**Insight Circling ✨**
What if **being with others** could become a path to **deeper connection**, **clarity**, and **inner knowing**?
**Insight Circling** is a **relational mindfulness practice** in the form of a conversation. It is an invitation to connect more deeply with yourself and others, and to explore what happens in the present moment as we relate together.
We practice noticing, without judgement, what is happening **within us and between us** right now.
This may include observing:

✨ Emotions as they arise
✨ Thoughts and inner narratives
✨ The subtle dynamics of connection with others
By becoming more aware of our present-moment experience, we begin to understand ourselves more fully, lead ourselves more wisely, and cultivate trust in our own inner knowing.

I have practiced meditation for over **20 years**, and spent **5 years** living and helping facilitate a retreat centre on a tiny island in Scotland, established by a Tibetan Buddhist monastery — one of the pioneers of mindfulness in the UK.
I believe meditation and mindfulness are powerful tools for gaining clarity, focus, and the space to listen deeply within.

On this guided tour with a difference, discover how to live life lucidly in the present moment, open to your senses, listen to yourself and start to be your own guide!
Using a walk through the streets of Barcelona as practice, I will guide you in a mindfulness meditation which will help you get out of your head, bringing attention to your senses and the felt sensations in the body, stepping into deeper awareness of yourself, making your experience of the city even more magical and vibrant.
We will begin our time together in the hidden oasis of carrer d’Allada Vermell, in the barrio of El Born, with an initial guided meditation. From this point of connection to yourself, anchored in the present, will we continue the practice walking through El Born with its winding streets and surprises around every corner.
On our magical tour of sensorial delights, lasting approximately 2 hours, we will take in such places as the Palau de la Musica, Casa Perris, Funky Baker, Santa Maria del Mar and Santa Caterina Market, ending up at a nearby square for a chat about your experience.

¿Qué hacemos?
A las 20:00h tenemos una meditación budista guiada. La meditación tiene una duración de unos 25 minutos y es accesible y beneficiosa para personas de todos los niveles de experiencia.
¡AVISO! Si es tu primer dia te esperamos 10 minutos antes. ¡Estaremos encatados de recibirte!
¿Qué es el Camino del Diamante?
El Buda dio instrucciones a tres clases de personas. Las primeras que deseaban evitar el sufrimiento recibieron las enseñanzas sobre Causa y Efecto, llamadas Camino Angosto (Hinayana). El segundo tipo de personas sentía la necesidad de beneficiar a los demás, por lo que les dio enseñanzas sobre compasión y sabiduría, llamadas Gran Camino (Mahayana). Finalmente a las personas que tenían una confianza sólida en su propio potencial y en de los demás, el Buda explicó enseñanzas del Camino del Diamante (Vajrayana). En este último nivel utilizamos métodos de identificación con la meta y actuamos como un Buda hasta que llegamos a ser como él. En el nivel más elevado, la meta, es el completo desarrollo de la mente, a lo cual denominó el Gran Sello (Mahamudra).
¿Quiénes somos?
El Centro Budista Camino del Diamante de Barcelona forma parte de los más de 700 centros de meditación a nivel internacional de la tradición Karma Kagyu del Budismo Tibetano. Estos centros han sido fundados y guiados por Lama Ole Nydahl y su esposa Hannah Nydahl, de acuerdo con los deseos de H. H. XVI Karmapa. Ahora están bajo la guía espiritual de H.H. XVII Gyalwa Karmapa, Trinley Thaye Dorje.
Nuestro centro está formado por personas que tienen sus propios trabajos e incorporan las enseñanzas y las meditaciones del Camino del Diamante en sus vidas cotidianas. Nuestros miembros comparten la responsabilidad de guiar meditaciones, contestar preguntas y dar explicaciones sobre budismo.
Nuestro trabajo no es remunerado y se basa en el idealismo y la amistad. Realizamos noches semanales de meditación, que están abiertas al público y son gratuitas. Hay un ambiente social relajado y se animan las preguntas.
Las meditaciones son guiadas en castellano, permitiendo que el espacio, la claridad y la alegría surjan naturalmente. Otras actividades incluyen charlas, enseñanzas y práctica personal.

🛤️* También podemos salir juntos desde Barcelona en bus para quienes quieran compartir el camino desde el inicio.*
Te invito a una mañana de conexión profunda con la naturaleza: bajo la sombra de los árboles, con el susurro del viento entre las hojas y el canto del agua fluyendo por una riera cristalina. Un espacio para enraizarte, abrirte y vibrar en sintonía con el bosque.
✨ **¿Qué haremos?**
🚶♀️ Comenzaremos con un paseo consciente por la Ruta de los Árboles, cultivando la atención plena a cada paso y dejando que el bosque nos envuelva con su calma y energía. Caminaremos junto a la riera de Vallcàrquera, entre pozas naturales y ríos de agua cristalina.
💧 Durante el camino nos detendremos para refrescarnos en las pozas, dejando que el agua despierte el cuerpo y nos devuelva la vitalidad del verano.
🧘♀️ En un rincón especial del bosque, compartiremos una práctica de Yoga suave, diseñada para liberar tensiones y armonizar cuerpo, mente y alma. Cada postura será una invitación a habitar tu centro, a equilibrar tu cielo y tu tierra.
🎶 Tras un descanso profundo en savasana, viviremos un momento de Sound Healing con cuencos tibetanos e instrumentos meditativos, dejando que las vibraciones del bosque y la música nos guíen hacia un estado de calma y presencia.
🍉 Y para cerrar… compartiremos un picnic entre tod@s, disfrutando de un tiempo de descanso, nutrición y compartir en comunidad, celebrando juntos esta vivencia en conexión con la Tierra.
🏡 De vuelta, si el grupo lo siente, podemos visitar el pueblo de Figaró y tomar un helado, cerrando el día con dulzura y calma antes del regreso.

Magical Mindfulness Tour of the Senses

On this guided tour with a difference, discover how to live life lucidly in the present moment, open to your senses, listen to yourself and start to be your own guide!
Using a walk through the streets of Barcelona as practice, I will guide you in a mindfulness meditation which will help you get out of your head, bringing attention to your senses and the felt sensations in the body, stepping into deeper awareness of yourself, making your experience of the city even more magical and vibrant.
We will begin our time together in the hidden oasis of carrer d’Allada Vermell, in the barrio of El Born, with an initial guided meditation. From this point of connection to yourself, anchored in the present, will we continue the practice walking through El Born with its winding streets and surprises around every corner.
On our magical tour of sensorial delights, lasting approximately 2 hours, we will take in such places as the Palau de la Musica, Casa Perris, Funky Baker, Santa Maria del Mar and Santa Caterina Market, ending up at a nearby square for a chat about your experience.
Take the opportunity on your trip to tune into yourself and see how things start to unfold magically!

This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships.
Are you burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.

This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.
