Evening we gather to practice the **Osho Dynamic Meditation.** This meditation is one of the most transformative practices that Osho offered to the world. In Ashram's all around the world it is the first sadhana practiced to start off the day.
As the name indicates it's an **active meditation** which consists of five stages. All different stages constitute **a perfect combination to balance our inner energy and to recover our vitality**. The practice includes **breathwork, emotional release, bio-energetic practice, mental training and dance flow.**
Metaphorically it is described as an exercise of unblocking the pipes, since **we allow stuck energy to flow again throughout our body**, brining back the totality within.

Por la tarde nos reunimos para practicar la **Meditación Dinámica de Osho**. Esta meditación es una de las prácticas más transformadoras que Osho ofreció al mundo. En los Ashram de todo el mundo es la primera sadhana que se practica para empezar el dia.
Como su nombre lo indica, se trata de una **meditación activa** que consta de cinco etapas. Todas ellas constituyen **una combinación perfecta para equilibrar nuestra energía interior y recuperar nuestra vitalidad**. La práctica incluye **trabajo de respiración, liberación emocional, práctica bioenergética, entrenamiento mental y flujo de danza**.
Metafóricamente se describe como un ejercicio de desbloqueo de las tuberías, ya que **permitimos que la energía estancada fluya de nuevo por nuestro cuerpo**, trayendo de vuelta la totalidad a nuestro interior.

On this guided tour with a difference, discover how to live life lucidly in the present moment, open to your senses, listen to yourself and start to be your own guide!
Using a walk through the streets of Barcelona as practice, I will guide you in a mindfulness meditation which will help you get out of your head, bringing attention to your senses and the felt sensations in the body, stepping into deeper awareness of yourself, making your experience of the city even more magical and vibrant.
We will begin our time together in the hidden oasis of carrer d’Allada Vermell, in the barrio of El Born, with an initial guided meditation. From this point of connection to yourself, anchored in the present, will we continue the practice walking through El Born with its winding streets and surprises around every corner.
On our magical tour of sensorial delights, lasting approximately 2 hours, we will take in such places as the Palau de la Musica, Casa Perris, Funky Baker, Santa Maria del Mar and Santa Caterina Market, ending up at a nearby square for a chat about your experience.

**¿En que consiste esta experiencia?**
Consiste en pasar 5 días en Marruecos, en el desierto del Sahara. Durante estos 5 días haremos sesiones de yoga por la mañana y por la tarde, introducción a la meditación, veremos puestas y salidas de sol increíbles, nos relajaremos en un entorno único y volveremos a casa llen@s de energía, con el cuerpo estirado y la mente calmada.

Are you looking for a moment to be outside, connecting with your body, mind and soul? In my outdoor yoga classes we combine movement with breath, flowing from one pose into another. Through conscious movement we can improve the relationship we have with our body, calm the mind and connect with deeper layers of our inner self. Working on this connection helps us become more compassionate, happy beings.
My classes are dynamic and suitable for all levels. Besides movement, we practice meditation, breathing and yoga philosophy.
Please bring your own mat. If you need to rent a mat, let me know in advance so I can bring it for you :)

Atardecer entre campos en Gallecs 🌾 🌅+ ir a tomar algo 🍻🧆

Este sábado por la tarde te invito a dejar atrás el ruido de la ciudad y conectar con la naturaleza en un **paseo al atardecer por el Parque Agrario de Gallecs**, un paraíso rural a solo 15 km de Barcelona.
Comenzaremos nuestro recorrido desde la estación de tren de **Mollet del Vallès (Mollet-Sant Fost)**, y caminaremos entre campos, caminos de tierra y paisajes abiertos que invitan a la contemplación.
Gallecs es un espacio único de más de 730 hectáreas, que ha sabido conservar su **identidad rural, valores naturales y paisajísticos**. Durante el paseo, haremos una **parada en la agrotienda de Gallecs**, gestionada por campesinos locales, donde encontraremos **productos ecológicos, artesanales y de proximidad**.
Y para quienes quieran alargar el encuentro, después de la excursión propondré tomar algo y picar unas tapas 🍻🧆en el **encantador casco antiguo de Mollet del Vallès**, antes de regresar en tren a Barcelona.
Una escapada perfecta para cerrar el día con aire puro, luz dorada y buena compañía.

Itinerarios Curiosos es una experiencia de **paseo consciente** ( mindful walking)

**En Itinerarios curiosos, la escucha y la relación entre los participantes es de suma importancia; por eso, preferimos mantener los grupos pequeños, lo que nos permite crear un ambiente íntimo y acogedor.**
🍀La aportació voluntaria mínima para este evento son **10€ por personas (preferiblemente en metálico)** y se efectúa al comienzo del paseo. Esta aportación incluye **organización y gestión del evento** .
El recorrido es bastante fácil pero **se recomienda venir con calzado adecuado 🥾 para ir cómodos por los tramos de pista de tierra y tener un mínimo de condición física** ( hay que **andar** unos **12 km** y subir unos 120 metros de desnivel más o menos. Duración prevista del recorrido a pie : alrededor de 2h / 2h 30 ).
TREN: para **la ida** cogeremos **el tren que sale de Barcelona Passeig de Gracia a las 17.54** ( llegada a Mollet Sant Fost a las 18.16 h) .
Para la vuelta desde Mollet Sant Fost hay trenes cada media hora hasta las 23h .

Te invito a una mañana de conexión profunda con la naturaleza: bajo la sombra de los árboles, con el susurro del viento entre las hojas y el canto del agua fluyendo por una riera cristalina. Un espacio para enraizarte, abrirte y vibrar en sintonía con el bosque.
✨ **¿Qué haremos?**
🚶♀️ Comenzaremos con un paseo consciente por la Ruta de los Árboles, cultivando la atención plena a cada paso y dejando que el bosque nos envuelva con su calma y energía. Caminaremos junto a la riera de Vallcàrquera, entre pozas naturales y ríos de agua cristalina.
💧 Durante el camino nos detendremos para refrescarnos en las pozas, dejando que el agua despierte el cuerpo y nos devuelva la vitalidad del verano.

This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.
