Meditation Group on Saturday Date: Every Saturday Time: 9-10:30 am Location:On-Line The Saturday morning meditation group welcomes all to join us on Zoom for meditation and conversation. Meditation time begins promptly at 9:10 and lasts for 40 minutes, including several short readings. Next we share conversation, talking about what is important to us in the moment – perhaps our response to the readings or something that is going on in our lives. A slower, more relaxed version of our weekly meetup. Bring your coffee or tea and join a casual conversation about travel — recent trips, dream destinations, or anything in between. This is a great space if you’re new to the group or just want a more low-key way to connect. There are many places around the meetup area to pick up a drink along the way, if you'd like! Some recommendations are Rowhome Coffee, Mr. Rabbit Coffee, and La Maison Jaune, but there are plenty of options!
