We organise a watercolour workshop for beginners; The teacher is an advanced graphic designer and painter Tiana Diakova, whose works you can check on Instagram: @diakova_art. The maximum amount of people is 10 so the teacher will be able to guide every person. The workshop is adapted to a beginner's level (every time people who never painted before are surprised with the result they achieve!) But also the process will be interesting for those who draw or paint already. La propuesta de esta actividad es ir a visitar la exposición dedicada al arquitecto Kazuo Shinohara (Japón 1925 - 2006) que se celebra en el espléndido edificio del Dipòsit del Rei Martí. La exposición, titulada *"La casa como obra de arte"*, es una muestra retrospectiva con motivo del centenario del arquitecto. Shinohara está considerado uno de los arquitectos más influyentes de su generación en la arquitectura japonesa contemporánea. Sus reflexiones arquitectónicas se centraron en la casa como medio para generar emoción, y en la ciudad como fuente de emociones. Yin Yoga & Cacao Evening 🤍 Come join us for a really nice, slow evening to unwind, let go of stress, and just take a bit of time for yourself. We’ll move through a gentle yin yoga practice, nothing intense, just long, supported stretches to help release tension and give your body a chance to soften. We’ll also share some cacao, which is a lovely way to sit, slow down, and connect a little deeper with yourself. No pressure, no expectations… just space to be. I’ll guide you through a short meditation and give you some time to journal if you feel like it — to clear your head, let go of anything that’s been sitting heavy, and create a bit more space inside. ✨ €25 What to bring: – A yoga mat – A journal + pen or paper - a cup that holds 200ml for the cacao This is really just about slowing everything down, taking a breath, and reconnecting with yourself for a couple of hours. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! As we learn, we hope to connect more with the Deaf community in Central Ohio. Join us as you're able! Come regularly or just once - whatever you're looking for! Each meetup will explore different topics related to ASL/Deaf culture, and will feature time to practice conversation with one another. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn!
