In diesem dreistündigen Workshop sind alle Interessierten mit und ohne Vorkenntnisse dazu eingeladen, verschiedene Maker Space Technologien kennenzulernen. Hello challengers, For those of you that survived the winters of Berlin, I'm getting geared up for our next meetup! In this workshop, we’ll go beyond simply taking photos, we’ll train your eye to see color with intention and use it as a powerful storytelling tool. Instead of focusing on subjects alone, this challenge invites you to explore Berlin through a single lens: **color**. You’ll be split into small groups and assigned a specific color. Your mission is to hunt for it, frame it, and bring it to life through a series of images. By the end, each group will become the storyteller of their color across the city. Along the way, you’ll learn how to use color not just as an aesthetic, but as a way to guide attention, create emotion, and build stronger compositions. Learn to see, compose, and tell stories through color using contrast, simplicity, and creative interpretation. 🧠 **How the Challenge Works** * You’ll be split into groups of **2–3 people** * Each group is assigned **one color** * You’ll have **\~60 minutes** to explore and shoot * Your goal: capture a small series of images that represent your color in Berlin **A Social Experience** As much as this is a photography group, it’s about connection and community. We meet and sketch each other in Berlin. This is just an art gym that we also exercise our social skills. Afterwards usually we go for lunch as a group. **How Does It Work?** This event is simple, we meet and sketch each other doing portraits. Most of the participants use pencils or watercolors. Main aim is to socialize while we draw. There will be plenty of time to talk and get to know each other. We have to mention that this event is suitable for all levels. Many have started to draw in our event actually. **Structure** A. Warmup Phase: We pose to each other for 1 minute. B. Main Phase: We pose to each other for 10 minutes. C. Showcase Phase: We show some of the drawings we did to each other. **Who We Are** Creative Sessions is an art events group located in Berlin. **Is it Free?** The event is free of charge. It is advisable to get a drink though. This is a cafe, we need to have at least half of the people on each table with a drink. **The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception** Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory. For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions. We all know that marketing and analytics go way beyond attribution. Sara will show how Condado uses customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy. She’ll also highlight how Condado leverages customer feedback at scale to influence operational priorities, positioning marketing as the voice of the customer across the organization. In the last 12 years Condado has gone from one location in Columbus to 52 locations across 10 states, so we’re guessing there’s more to that growth than really good guac (though the guac probably helps).
