Part of a three-day residency at the Skaut Institut, the performance brings together Prague-based violinist Barbora Bodláková with UK performers Roger Heathers, Declan Kitchener, and Suphena. Let's play badminton at Sports Centre Olšanka. We'll meet at 10.40 and play for 60 minutes. If you have a Multisport card please bring it along, as it will make the court free for you and also reduce the cost for others. If you don't have a Multisport card the game will cost you a maximum of 150 crowns, probably much less. I will cover the cost of the court so please bring cash to pay me. An active guided dance journey for releasing restrictions around movement and deepening connection with yourself and others. This workshop is an invitation to move from intuition, breath, expression, and presence. Through dance, guided exploration, and consensual touch, participants are supported to soften control, free the body, and discover more authenticity in the way they move and relate. Part of the workshop includes clarifying personal and shared boundaries, and creating space for desires and intentions to be expressed with honesty and care.
