Are you looking for a moment to be outside, connecting with your body, mind and soul? In my outdoor yoga classes we combine movement with breath, flowing from one pose into another. Through conscious movement we can improve the relationship we have with our body, calm the mind and connect with deeper layers of our inner self. Working on this connection helps us become more compassionate, happy beings.
My classes are dynamic and suitable for all levels. Besides movement, we practice meditation, breathing and yoga philosophy.
Please bring your own mat. If you need to rent a mat, let me know in advance so I can bring it for you :)

We’ll start with a flow to warm up, then move into drills to build strength in the arms, shoulders, and core. Everything is broken down step by step so you can actually understand what you’re doing, not just throw yourself into a pose.

**LOGISTICS**
* If you'll arrive over 10 minutes late, we suggest skipping the event. It's hard to find us once we start walking, and your host can't answer messages during the event.
* This walk is designed for everyone to *move together at the same steady pace* (about 20 min/mile). This format works best when the whole group moves in unison. If you have mobility limitations, we kindly encourage you to find an event better suited to your needs.
