Both **private lessons and group classes** are available. Private sessions allow you to progress quickly with one-on-one guidance, while group classes offer a fun and social environment to practice and meet other dance enthusiasts. Classes are open to **men and women of all levels**. Instructors focus on helping you build **strong technique, confidence, musicality, and personal dance style**, while learning both **leading and following**. You can also join **as a couple** and train together. Lessons are scheduled at **times convenient for participants**, making it easy to fit dancing into your weekly routine.
