Fit with Parkinson's (Zoom indoor class)
Exercise can slow down the progression of Parkinson’s, and Covid 19 Quarantine is no reason not to move! Join our fun online class and stay fit and healthy.
Our ‘Nordic Neuro Magic’ is a new exercise class designed for people in the early stage of Parkinson’s and their friends or partners who can walk, are at a low risk of falls and have no major other health concerns.
Inspired by PD Warrior, we run especially designed classes, designed to slow down the progression of Parkinson’s. Our members love it, and we can really see the difference in the members who have been with us for a while!
Now we are all in Quarantine during the Covid 19 outbreak, we have adapted our outdoor classes to an interarctive online session twice a week.
So join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am for this fun and fast paced session.
If you have 1.5×1.5 meter space, a sturdy chair without arm rests and an internet connection, you are good to go.
It is sociable, fun, and keeps you in the best shape you can be, without ever leaving your home.
The classes are based around 7 key principles:
o Powerful
o Complex
o Frequent
o High effort
o Meaningful in daily life
o Specific to symptoms
o Fun!
Once we can get back to Nordic Walking we will! Please keep an eye out for our outdoor classes when quarantine time is over.

That will give me enough time to get back to you and discuss your needs and find out a bit more about you.

**The Soul Gate Healing** practices based on the ancient Taoist practices of Chi-Nei-Tsang (CNT), Qigong, Yoga, Healing Sounds and Chinese Medicine.
**This Chi-Yoga practice** deepens connection to our core, to the breath, to oneself and others, with movements and toning. We explore Qigong and meridians stretching to cultivate more strength in our physical and emotional bodies, harmonizing our Yin & Yang energy flow for rejuvenation and relaxation.
**The six Healing Sounds** are primary, pre-language vocal expressions.

Toning the 6 Healing sounds is a powerful practice that revitalizes and nurtures the Internal Organs throughout our life.
Bring a yoga mat or towel and comfortable clothes for stretching. If you are not comfortable on the floor, you could do the stretching portion on a bed or a chair.

Fit and Happy Indoors - Gentle start of the week – half hour Zoom class
This exercise session is aimed at people over 50. Our exercises are gentle but effective. There will be no floor exercises in this session, but you can expect to work hard!
Not exercised for a while? Painful knees or hips? Or just like to end your week with some gentle movement? This half hour class will be a great place to start. No fast, jerky movements, but this will still be a good workout for all levels. Beginners and experienced participants are equally welcome.
We will combine chair exercises with standing exercises, designed to strengthen your muscles to help support your joints and improve your balance and flexibility.
What you will need:
• ca 1.5x1.5 meter space to move around.
• tablet, laptop or computer screen with internet connection
• two water bottles, cans, or small hand weights
• a straight kitchen or dining room chair without armrests.
My rates
10 session card: My normal rate is £89 for 10 sessions. (different rates apply for my Parkinson’s classes)
Pay monthly: Sign up for unlimited sessions per week, for a flat rate of £70 per month if paid monthly in advance.

Like many others my work has been severely affected by the Corona quarantine, when it stopped my normal work from one day to the next. As I am self employed, I have no other means of income. By joining this class you help me pay my bills, and I appreciate that enormously!

You are invited to experience the magic of Online Movement Feedback classes Movement feedback at its core is energy healing, where moving in Quantum Field allows stuck energy to move faster for quicker results. I provide feedback about energy patterns shown in your movement so you can move out of constrictions and expand your possibilities.
People go to the gym to exercise muscles, in Movement Feedback you exercise happiness muscles to stop suffering. You also get to release lots of stressful and painful emotions. Additionally, you are led to feel happy emotions in your body, and supported to connect to your true essence and to infinite love.
