Outdoors Jam Session Rehberge
Hi lovely people,
This Saturday is outdoor Jam Session No. 1 in Rehberge Park this year! Come around to chill and play with us. We have some basic instruments: drum set, bongos, congas, electric guitar, PA & mixer. Feel free to bring your own instruments and we'll plug you in! There will be cold/warm beverages and cake provided by our friend of Initiative Parkcafé Rehberge.
At the Rehbergepark jams, musicians and listeners come together to float in the music. For one afternoon, the Parkcafé Rehberge will become a place for experimentation and free music-making without any barriers in a relaxed atmosphere.
Over cake, coffee, and drinks, everything blends together: children, parents, music lovers, musicians, passersby, dogs, and people.

**Über den Workshop**
Welche Geschichten tragen wir in uns? Welche Erinnerungen wollen erzählt, verstanden oder neu betrachtet werden?
Dieser Workshop versteht sich als sicherer Raum, in dem es ermöglicht werden soll, Erlebnisse und Gefühle zu teilen. Das autobiografische Schreiben dient als Werkzeug der Selbstreflexion und inneren Klärung.
**Was dich erwartet:**
In diesem Workshop arbeiten wir mit gezielten Impulsen, die helfen, eigene Erinnerungen und Lebenserfahrungen in Worte zu fassen. Du schreibst vor Ort, kannst deine Texte mit der Gruppe teilen (freiwillig!) und erhältst achtsames Feedback.
Die Atmosphäre ist vertraulich und unterstützend. Hier dürfen auch schwierige Themen Raum finden. In dieser geschützten Umgebung entsteht der Mut, tiefer zu gehen und sich auf den eigenen Lebensweg einzulassen.

1\. Du möchtest besser verstehen\, wie Körper\, Geist und Seele zusammenwirken?
2\. Du spürst\, dass Emotionen festhängen und eigentlich in Bewegung kommen wollen?
3\. Du wünschst dir mehr Kraft\, Lebendigkeit und ein tieferes Vertrauen in dich selbst?
4\. Oder du möchtest eine neue Perspektive auf deine psychosomatische Beschwerden gewinnen?
5\. Vielleicht bist du auch einfach neugierig auf Körperpsychotherapie und willst sie ganz praktisch erleben\.
In dieser offenen Gruppe vermittle ich die Grundlagen der energetischen Körperpsychotherapie. Und zwar im direkten Erleben, "am eigenen Leib" sozusagen. Denn der Verstand weiß schon so viel, aber eine gesunde Verbindung zum Körper ist in unserer Kultur verloren gegangen und wird erst in jüngerer Zeit wiederentdeckt.
Die Gruppe findet einmal im Monat statt, die Termine sind unabhängig voneinander buchbar und auf Spendenbasis. Du kannst also genau dann kommen, wenn es für dich passt – ohne Verpflichtung, ohne Vorkenntnisse. Jedes Seminar steht für sich und öffnet einen Raum, in dem du dich selbst besser wahrnehmen, regulieren und ausdrücken kannst.
Ich bin Max, Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie, und begleite Menschen körperpsychotherapeutisch im Einzelsetting. Seit vier Jahren leite ich regelmäßig Gruppen-Seminare. Ich selbst war vor ein paar Jahren ständig erkältet, hatte einen Blumenstrauß an psychosomatischen Beschwerden und depressive Phasen. Durch die Körperpsychotherapie habe ich gelernt, meinen Körper wieder als Verbündeten zu erleben. Heute spüre ich früher, wenn etwas aus dem Gleichgewicht gerät – und kenne Wege zurück in die innere Balance.
Natürlich kann ich dir keine Wunderheilung versprechen. Was ich anbiete, ist ein klarer, sicherer und strukturierter Rahmen: für dich, für deine Empfindungen, für das, was gehört, gespürt oder bewegt werden will. Vielleicht gehst du nach einem Seminar etwas lebendiger, etwas klarer, etwas verbundener mit dir selbst nach Hause.

Whenever you attend a meetup, the most common as well as first question you get is: "Where are you from?"
You probably heard this question a million times. Well, at least I did.
From my own experience of attending over 200 international meetups in various countries such as Germany, Japan, Australia and Thailand, I can tell you that asking for the name is a better approach.
“A person’s name is to that person, the sweetest, most important sound in any language.” - Dale Carnegie
If you really want to connect with like-minded people you should remember their name, but you don't have to remember every persons name you've talked you. Be picky about that, don't be me who can somehow remember everyones name easily.
Don't tell yourself sth. like "I'm bad at remembering names." It's all about developing the habit of asking for a name and keep the conversation going on.
Furthermore, you want to learn German or any other language. Learning the local language is crucial to connect with the locals and developing a true friendship.
This can be accomplished with immersion. My goal is to inspire you to go out of your comfort zone and improve yourself each time you join this meetup.

Do you need a break from this noisy, fast-paced and, at the moment, very overwhelming world? Then you’re very welcome to join the Soul Care Circle. A space where you can simply be yourself, amongst people who focus on inner growth, mindfulness and genuine connection.
Here, together, we create a safe space for meaningful encounters. It’s all about genuine connection, deep conversations, self-reflection and the joy of being together.

This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe you’ve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship.

Free In-Person Meeting: Healing from Trauma and Past Betrayals
This is a free, in person meeting.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things.
