We are starting a series of track sessions with Ruth and Victoria as a part of training for the upcoming Oberelbe race in Dresden. Hallo Zusammen, bei trockenem und schönem Wetter können wir die Runde um den Müggelsee machen. Der Winter ist vorbei, Zeit, sich wieder auf die Kufen zu wagen. Beginn in S-Bahn Friedrichshagen, ca. 15:20, ich fahre ca. um 15:00 in Ostkreuz los. (Eis-)Bademöglichkeiten gibt es nach ca. 15 km am Strandbad oder nach ca. 9 km am kleinen Müggelsee. Getränke solltet Ihr in diesem Fall dabei haben. Ausstiegsmöglichkeiten gibt es nach ca. 15 km in Rahnsdorf oder bei Erkner - dann verpasst Ihr aber das beste Stück. Wenn wir über Köpenick zurückfahren, dann sparen wir und den Spreetunnel. Grundlegende Skate- und Bassibremskenntnisse werden erwartet. Jeder ist für seine eigene Sicherheit verantwortlich. Wer es nicht schafft - die Müggelseerunde ist eine der besten Berlins, ich plane sie noch öfters dieses Jahr.

We are going to meet inside "urban apes Basement Boulderstudio", close to S Anhalter Bahnhof, also not far from Potsdamer Platz. If you have never been there, you will need to sign up with them, which will take a bit of time. When you enter the actual gym, enter the hall by turning left immediately - you are walking towards them.
