We’ll start from the visitor centre and make our way up to the summit, enjoying the lush greenery and fresh air along the way. This hike is perfect for anyone who wants to stay active, connect with nature, and meet new friends. Expect a good workout with some uphill sections, but we’ll keep a comfortable pace so everyone can enjoy the journey. 👟 **What to bring:** Water, umbrella/raincoat, and wear comfortable sports attire & shoes, sun protection (cap or sunscreen), light snacks (optional). Hey Villagers, let's do some workouts (slopes, steps & stairs) together! **Starting Point: Telok Blangah MRT Station, Exit A street level** Start Time: **8:30am** Ending Point: Harbourfront MRT Station Target to end between 11 - 11:30am Estimated distance: Approx 7km If you are beginner and training for overseas hiking, please carry a day bag with at least 3 to 5kg. **Items to bring:** \- Wear comfortable walking shoes \- Sufficient water \- Hat / Cap \- Sunglasses \- Raincoat / Umbrella \- Snacks for refuel **Additional Notes:** \- Do have some breakfast before the walk\. \- There will be water refill point and toilet along the way\. \- In case of bad weather\, any change of plans will be announced on the morning of the walk\. \- We will not be able to wait for late\-comers\. \- Participants can leave anytime during the walk\, but please do inform event host\. \- Do update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it anymore so that people on the waiting list can attend\. \- The 'Waitlist' may not go in order as we reserve the right to prioritise the spots for our trip participants who are training for our upcoming treks\. Hi Everyone, With Covid19 happening, there is still a limited participants for group events of up to 8 pax happening, so this just to keep the virtual skating together going. The Challenge is to skate as much as you can during this pandemic each week. And see how we rank on leaderboard of Strava. The ranking is arranged by most distances skated each week. Do join us through on Strava App below: Leaderboard updates on a weekly basis and resets every week (Mon to Sun) Join us at https://www.strava.com/clubs/freewheelers_sg (Kindly note that with specifically the Strava app, it is unable to cater for Inline skating option, so you will have list your tracking via run or ride for your ranking to show up in leaderboard. We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out. Optional lunch after! If you're joining for hiking all the metro parks, this is the sixth one!

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

We'll hike four miles at Walnut Woods, which is generally a pretty easy hike - doing the Sweetgum Trail Loop and then out and back on the Monarch Loop to get us to 4 miles. Pace around 17-18 minute miles with no one left behind, and faster walkers can lead out ahead. Optional lunch at Brewdog or Canal Winchester.
