Urban Sanctuary is int he heart of the historic five points and we are happy to be able to feature several lovely souls who want to share their gifts with those who want to receive them. We have a range of classes from yoga to community acupucture, to workshops on ayurvedic massage. Our studio is warm and inviting and supports the healing journey of all who inters its doors.

As we rebel against social constructs, we create a space where community, purpose, and power come together in harmony. Join us for an uplifting experience that celebrates the union of plant medicine, community and movement. This class is limited to those who are 21+ (must have an I.D.). Bring your own plant medicine. We encourage attendees to donate via Venmo so we may continue our efforts in supporting The Last Prisoner Project. Maintaining an awareness of the effect disproportionate action regarding drug laws have placed on our communities especially BIPOC and economically vulnerable communities.
