Back in 2017-2018, Co-Organizer James Castler ran a monthly Cyber Security Meetup in the City of Toronto. This monthly event had two cyber security presentations by industry professionals and various key cyber security services, hosting a variety of guest speakers and event donations. This event attracted thousands of people, as well as companies within the Greater Toronto Area.

Today, Uzado Compliance and Cyber Security, and Terranova Defense Solutions have come together to give you a new monthly online platform that will be available on multiple social media connectors and channels to introduce "The Future of Cyber Defence and Cyber Security issues for Past, Present and Future" with a series of monthly meetups designed for educating attendees, building awareness and for understanding the digital era.

Starting in mid-November 2020, our platform will go live, being hosted online by Brandon Krieger of Uzado in Cyber Security and Compliance, with co-organizer James Castle of Terranova Defense Solutions.

Our meetup will cover regulatory compliance, topics for all viewers, request for topics will be allowed, domestic and international speakers, cyber security - cyber defence - cyber warfare topics will be discussed and open job opportunities can be discussed in our open forum networking sessions.

Each speaker will have up to 35-40 minutes to present their topic on a pre-approved presentation. After their presentation there will be a 10 to 15-minute breakout session for audience Q&A period.

Each speaker following their presentation will receive a signed Award of Participation that will be send to the presenter in PDF format rather than be presented in person due to COVID and being a digital presentation.

Brandon will work with the Presenter to make sure that they receive a clear understanding of the requirements for their time slot, prior to the event.

This event has been developed to provide information to the attendee without sales pitch, special marketing our announcements.

If a Presenter books a scheduled time and fails to show up for their presentation without 3-days notice, a penalty will be issued. If you are scheduled to speak and cannot attend, please give us more than 3-days notice to get a Presenter to replace your spot.

This event will continue to be free of charge until after COVID-19 at which time this will move to indoor presentation for cyber security practitioners nationally.
