Join us for a day on the Seaton Tramway which operates narrow gauge, heritage trams between Seaton, Colyford and Colyton in East Devon’s glorious Axe Valley. We’ll travel alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves, giving an unrivalled view of the abundant wading bird life.

We’ll meet by 11.00am at the Tramway Station in Seaton with a view to taking the 11.20am tram along the three mile journey to the picturesque village of Colyton. A day explorer ticket without a donation costs £14.50 and can be purchased online or at the station. At Colyton Station those who would like to can enjoy lunch at the Tramstop Cafe which offers an extensive range of hot meals and snacks, including delicious cream teas.

We will then go for a short walk to explore Colyton Village before returning on the tram to Seaton with a stop-off first at The White Hart pub at Colyford. The day can be flexible and whatever we want to make it. No lengthy or strenuous walking will be involved.
