Come along for an evening of board games, good conversations, and great company with like-minded people! We’re meeting at **RuDi Nachbarschaftshaus**, a colorful and inclusive neighborhood community space. We provide games – all you need to bring is yourself. If you have any games you want to share, feel free to bring them along as well! You’re also welcome to bring your own vegan food and drinks to enjoy during the evening. **Where**: RuDi Nachbarschaftshaus, Modersohnstraße 55, 10245 Berlin **When**: 6 April, from 18:30 to 00:00 **Contribution**: 2 € event fee (non-refundable). Half of it covers the cost of the event space. The other half helps cover the Meetup fee and small costs; any extra is donated to animal rights NGOs. You can either pay with paypal or cash the day of the event. This event is for vegans or vegan-curious. If you are not vegan (even vegetarian), and you are attending this event, please **only bring vegan food/drinks** to respect the mission of the group and other members. === THE TOUR === On Easter Monday, we will drive to Stechlinsee for a swim and a picknick on the lake. We will depart at 10:00 (sharp) and drive to a parking space near the lake. From there it is a 10 minute walk. Return time of 17:00 is an estimate. The fishery will be open. Join this outdoor activity and have some nice company on Eastermonday. We will walk alongside the small river Wuhle starting at the station Wuhletal and taking the south part of the Wuhletal-hiking trail. This walk has 10 km and takes around 2/2,5 hours and ends at the station Köpenick (all AB-area). There is no possibility for purchasing food or drinks on the way. Additionally we can have coffee after in one of the cafés in Altstadt Köpenick. Join us for a tour of Brothers Drake Meadery in Grandview, hosted by the owner Oron Benary. He will explain the mead-making process and offer us generous samples of their fine meads. Mead is basically wine that is made from honey instead of grapes. There are many different flavors that range from dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, to sweet. They are best known for their Apple Pie Mead. Oron has offered us a special price of 5.00 each person for the tour and tasting, which is normally 25.00 per person. I've taken the tour several times, and it's always enlightening and fun. Rebecca will bring a tea that will pair well with the mead for a tea tasting afterwards. Park anywhere around the building. Please avoid parking in front of the houses in the neighborhood behind the Meadery. Please keep your RSVP current.
