Time traveling with React and Redux by Miguel Molina

Details

Hi everyone,

Here is the first talk of ReactMad, our initial idea was to give an introduction talk, but since the next 24 of September something very similar is going to be done we have decided to talk about something more advanced. We encourage you to attend the MadridJS event (https://www.meetup.com/es/madridjs/events/225252829/) if you do not know React yet.

Overview:

React is a library to build user interfaces and Redux is a predictable state container for JavaScript apps. Together, they empower you to create complex applications in a very simple way with an API even simpler in a way that they are predictable and easy to debug with "time travelling debugging".

In this talk we will explore the basic concepts of Redux and how to integrate it with React. We will also learn how to integrate "time travel debugging in our apps". Finally, we will create in just a few minutes a simple twitter clone with these technologies.

About Miguel Molina:

Frontend, and occasionally backend, developer at Tyba. Passionate about React, ES6, Golang and web development in general. - @migrrrr (https://twitter.com/migrrrr)
