2ª Caminata Consciente - Cabrils, Coll de Gironella, Laberinto de Cabrils

***REGÁLATE UN DÍA PARA CONECTAR CONTIGO, SOCIALIZAR Y CONECTAR CON LA NATURALEZA: ***

Te animo a que te unas a esta Caminata Consciente que te ayudará a conectar contigo mism@ y con otras personas conscientes com tú. Te propongo un espacio para desconectar de la vorágine de la semana, para socializar y abrir un poco el corazón a través de la conexión con la Naturaleza.

🧘 Durante la ruta nos presentaremos, se hará una actividad para conocernos entre tod@s, haremos un parada para practicar la atención plena y durante diferentes tramos caminaremos en "Silencio", para poder disfrutar de la conexión con nosotros mismos y con los sonidos de la naturaleza. Al final de la ruta, haremos un círculo para compartir la experiencia vivida.

Si te traes un bocata, al final de la ruta podremos comer juntos de forma distendida.

⛰️DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA RUTA :

🌲La ruta es fácil y circular y transcurre por la zona del Parc de la Serralada Litoral. Una zona llena de bosque donde conoceremos Cabrils, Coll de Gironella, Laberinto de Cabrils, Turó de Cirera

• Distancia total : 8,64 km
• Desnivel positivo : 439 m
• Dificultad técnica: Moderado. Ruta Circular.
• Tiempo total: 3:30h + 1 h paradas = 4:30h total aprox

🥾COSAS A LLEVAR:

• Agua
• Bastones
• Bocata o snacks para picar (frutos secos, etc).
• Y sobretodo buen humor

🚗 COMO LLEGAREMOS:

La forma principal de llegar será en coche. Si vienes de Barcelona, te preguntaremos si tienes coche para compartir desde Barcelona y cuantas personas pueden ir contigo. Los gastos de gasolina se compartirán con el conductor.

2. El pago se realizará en mano, a la finalización de la ruta.

GIVE YOURSELF A DAY TO CONNECT WITH YOURSELF, SOCIALIZE, AND CONNECT WITH NATURE:

I encourage you to join this Mindful treck that will help you connect with yourself and other conscious individuals like you. I offer you a space to disconnect from the week's whirlwind, to socialize, and to open your heart a bit through the connection with Nature.

🧘 During the hike, we will introduce ourselves and engage in an activity to get to know each other,during a stretch, we will walk in "Silence," to enjoy the connection with ourselves and the sounds of nature. At the end of the hike, we will form a circle to share the lived experience.

If you bring a sandwich at the end of the hike, we can eat together in a relaxed manner.

⛰️ROUTE DESCRIPTION:

🌲The route is easy and circular, and it goes through the Serralada Litoral. A place full of forests, where we will get to know Cabrils, Coll de Gironella, Laberinto de Cabrils, Turó de Cirera

• Total distance: 8,64 km
• Positive elevation: 439 m
• Technical difficulty: Moderate. Circular route.
• Total time: 3:30 h + 1 h for breaks = 4:30 h in total

🥾THINGS TO BRING:

• Water
• Walking poles (bastones)
• Sandwich or snacks to nibble on (nuts, etc.).
• And above all, good humor.

🚗 HOW WE'LL GET THERE:

The primary way to arrive will be by car. If you are coming from Barcelona, we will ask if you have a car to share from Barcelona, and how many people can travel with you. Gas expenses will be shared with the driver.
