Friday Dance Rhythms and Holy Fire Meditation

Join Noreen and Natalia for a fabulous Friday night 5 Rhythms Dance Experience and Holy Fire Sound Activation Meditation!
We will be offering these the first Friday
of every month in Cochrane at the Yurt starting Friday October 6th from 7-9pm. The Yurt is a beautiful dome in the country off highway 22 near Cochrane. Join us to connect to your True, Authentic Self and freely dance to express and clear old emotions to make more space for love, joy, and abundance in life and relationships. Remember when you were young and you danced and moved your body freely to enjoy expressing your joy for life. We wish to connect you again to this loving, joyful, free expression of yourself.
There will be an opening circle, sharing and invocation, 45 min of dance, and a 30 min Holy Fire Reiki guided sound meditation to open our hearts, raise our consciousness and feel more connected, supported, guided, and loved.
Our theme for October 6th Libra, is opening to receive more divine nurturing, Mothering and Divine Feminine support from Mother Earth, nourishing, softness, and acceptance of ourselves. To feel more loved, accepted, and confident as we take the next step forward. Movement in our body helps our life to flow and opens our body to feel more energy and flow. I will be sharing an essential oil blend.
