Join Noreen and Kylee Dawn in the fabulous yurt in Cochrane for movement and a Holy Fire Sound Meditation to dance in Spring, plant your seeds and intentions for this month and year and remember your inner child, and your authentic self. energies. The meditation will open you to Holy Fire Reiki healing energies singing ancient Aramaic light language and calling in divine peace, love and healing, guidance and protection for our path and next steps in our life journey.
Let’s dance, an ancient shamanic practice for healing depression and anxiety and connecting to joy and meditate in a powerful month as we move into spring and open to bloom like flowers.
We will place our intentions for manifestation in the fire.
We offer these monthly usually on the first Friday at the yurt in Cochrane.
Join us in The Yurt, a beautiful, peaceful dome in the country with horses off highway 22. Dance, connect and meditate with your Authentic Soul Self and freely dance to express and clear old emotions to make more space for peace, love, joy, and abundance in life and relationships. Remember when you were young and you danced and moved your body freely to enjoy expressing your joy for life not caring what anyone thought. Let’s dance that way again! We wish to connect you again to this loving, joyful, free expression of yourself.
There will be an opening circle, sharing and invocation, 1 hr of dance, and a 30 min Holy Fire Reiki guided sound meditation to open our hearts and feel more connected, supported, guided, and loved. This is movement based dance for expression and self connection as well as with others. There is no talking. It is an internal dance and process.
Our theme for Fri Mar 15 is opening our hearts to spring, new growth, new intentions, self-love and divine union in the New Year. We will call in divine guidance and beings, love, grace, Holy Fire Reiki, healing and protection for our highest good.
