What we’re about

This is a group for anyone who wants to enjoy fun activities, and also explore mini sessions that cultivate mindfulness.

Every meetup will offer a different integrated mini activity that allows for reflection, celebration or growth as part of the time together: short hikes, yoga, a mindful nature walk, guided meditation, singing, dancing, Seitai, breathwork, writing, poetry, picnics, etc. Often, as time permits, we can enjoy refreshments or dine together as well. We will explore ways to understand and connect with ourselves and each other, grow intentionally within, and be our best selves in an integrated way.

Suggestions for other activities to complement the mini mindfulness exercises are always welcome as well! For example, if anyone wants to play pickle ball, tennis, go indoor rockclimbing, body boarding, enjoy live music, comedy, community cultural events, historic spots, all of these and more are options as well, as they help us connect with our body, mind and spirit.

There are many great activity groups. This is a great activity group and a little bit more. This is a place where you can learn about and practice different tools to check in on or replenish balance, joy, peace and gratitude in this journey.
