The optional exercise for this week is to undertake the review exercise
Review Of The Day. At the end of the day review the day's events as though one were observing another person, especially the painful moments, but in a backward manner ‐ initially for 5 minutes a day. If the backward review is initially too hard start with the normal forward review.
