Espacio Escucha nace para dar voz a las personas y para aprender a escuchar.
A todas las almas que tengan el deseo de expresarse y de escucharse.
La idea es tan simple cuanto eficaz: un diálogo entre dos personas (45min cada interlocutor, con un intervalo de 5 minutos) para contar una experiencia de vida, una cultura, un conocimiento.
Reglas y Manifiesto de Espacio Escucha:

0. Siéntete LIBRE: la regla número cero de la escucha activa es: NO Juzgar. ¡No queremos malas vibras!

NO EGO: no queremos promocionar o publicitar las imágenes de las personas, sino que las ideas y las historias que hay detrás de ellas. No ofrecemos un espacio para ampliar tu ego, ¡así que déjalo en tu casa!

El espacio, así como los eventos, son totalmente gratuitos. Es una forma para aprender a escuchar y para expresarse de forma libre.

• El interlocutor 1 habla, el interlocutor 2 escucha. Pasados los primeros 45 minutos (con descanso de 5 min), el interlocutor 1 pasa a ser el 2, y viceversa.

• El interlocutor 2 tiene la facultad de introducir hasta un máximo de tres preguntas al interlocutor 1, sin tener la obligación de hacerlas: puede dejar que fluya la historia sin interrumpir.
Lo ideal es que, en cada evento, un interlocutor conozca la historia de una sola persona, para aprender a escuchar de forma activa. ¡Cada semana se va rotando y todos conocen a todos!

Espacio Escucha was created to give people a voice and to learn listening.
To all souls who have the desire to express themselves and listen to each other.
The idea is as simple as effective: a dialogue between two people (45 minutes each speaker, with a 5 min interval) to talk about a life experience, a culture, a piece of knowledge.
Rules and Manifesto of Espacio Escucha:

NO EGO: we don't want to promote or advertise people's images, but the ideas and stories behind them. We don't offer a space to boost your ego, so leave it at home!

The space, as well as the events, are totally FREE. It is a way to learn listening and to express yourself freely.

• Partner 1 speaks, Partner 2 listens. After the first 45 minutes (with a 5-minute break), partner 1 becomes partner 2, and viceversa.
• Partner 2 has the power to introduce up to a maximum of three questions to Partner 1, without being obliged to ask them: he/she can let the story flow without interrupting.
Ideally, at each event, one interlocutor should know the story of only one person, to learn to be an active listener. Every week you rotate and everyone gets to know everyone! -
