Estrar-kunsido kaj socia kunveno

Ni ĝuos feston ĉe la hejmo de Jed kaj Deb, kaj havos estrarkunsidon por diskuti kelkajn gravajn aferojn kiel: MeKaRo (mekaro.ca), regulaj renkontiĝoj, eventuala estrar-elekto, kaj klubaj financoj.

Horaro:
14:00-15:00 Estrarkunsido (estraranoj bonvolu ĉeesti akurate). Ĉiuj bonvenas partopreni, sed nur estraranoj voĉdonas en oficialaj decidoj.

15:00-18:00 Socia kunveno, ludoj, manĝaĵo (ŝancbufedo). Se la vetero bonas, ni povas ekskursi al proksima parko.

We'll also have a board meeting to discuss topics such as MeKaRo (mekaro.ca), regular meetings, a possible board election in the future, and club finances.

Schedule:
2pm-3pm. Board meeting. Board members please come on time. Everyone is welcome to participate, but only board members can vote on official decisions.

3-6pm. Social meeting, games, food (potluck). If the weather is nice, we can go to a nearby park.
