我是曼,一位在西班牙的實習舞蹈治療師。
我相信,身體是記憶的容器,也是情感的橋樑,能夠說出語言無法觸及的真實。
每個人動作的方式,都是一種存在的聲音。
在我自己的探索裡,舞動成為了重新連結、釋放與回家的方式。
我希望這個團體能成為一個邀請你回到自己、重新感覺,並與他人產生真實的連結的地方。
在這裡,我帶領引導動態冥想與自由舞蹈的團體練習。
我們透過動作與覺察,練習傾聽身體的節奏,回到真實的感受,讓每個動作都成為自我照顧與表達的途徑。(團體練習的詳細內容請至活動頁面)

Hi, I’m Man, a dance movement therapist in training based in Spain.
I believe the body is a container of memories and a bridge for emotions, which are capable of expressing truths that words cannot reach. Every person’s way of moving is a unique voice of their being. Through my own exploration, movement has become a way to reconnect, release, and come home to myself.
I hope this group can be a welcoming space to invite you back to yourself, reconnect with your body, and share authentic connection with others.
In our sessions, I guide dynamic movement meditation and free dance, supporting you to tune into your body’s rhythm, meet what is present, and let each movement become a way to care for and express yourself. (You can find more information about the group practice on the event page.)

那時候的我們,不怕動,也不怕出錯。
身體在語言之前,就已經會表達了。
這是一個邀請,讓動作自然流動,沒有框架、沒有壓力。
在這樣的過程中,你可能會發現一些微妙的轉變:
開始重新理解自己的身體,重新認識「舞動」對你來說是什麼,
也開始鬆動你原本對身體能力的想像與看法。
固定和我一起練習,
你將會帶走一個可持續的方法來支持日常生活的節奏,
也許還會找回那種,單純動起來就感到快樂的感覺。
周間的晚上,一起在線上慶祝,我們與身體之間的重新相遇。適合誰|Who it’s for

一起練習、一起回到身體。Do you remember the joy of moving freely as a child — running, stretching, and exploring without fear or judgment?
In this online practice, we’ll invite your body to speak before words, letting movement flow naturally without pressure or rules.
Through guided dynamic meditation and free dance, you will:- Notice habitual movement patterns and physical limitations
- Explore new movement possibilities and expand your mental space
- Reconnect with your body, sense yourself more deeply, and cultivate authentic connection with others
- Rediscover the simple joy of moving for the sake of moving
This is a safe and inclusive space for exploration, awareness, and embodied connection. All levels are welcome, and both Chinese and English speakers can join.

- Fill out the registration form and complete the 200 TWD participation fee transfer.

我們從呼吸開始,帶著覺知緩緩進入身體的每個部位。
你會練習聆聽身體在當下的感受、陪伴自己的需求和察覺情緒,

### About The Practice|
Join our regular online group practice and experience a space of support and nourishment, where you are gently guided to develop a dialogue with your body. This practice is for anyone who wants to start understanding themselves through the body, and spend a little more time caring for themselves.
It's a quiet yet profound practice, beginning and ending with group sharing. We start with the breath, moving with awareness through each part of the body. You will practice listening to the body’s sensations in the present moment, attending to your needs, and noticing emotions.
Through awareness of the five senses, your perceptual sensitivity is gently reopened.You don’t need to do anything perfectly, just being present is enough.
Amid the busyness of daily life, this is a space to return to yourself and slow down.### Who It’s For|
- Those who want to cultivate self-awareness, express themselves, release stress, and care for their body
- Those seeking to nourish themselves through embodied practice and maintain resilience amid life’s fluctuations
- Those who enjoy using movement as a dynamic form of meditation and self-exploration
- Those who want to practice noticing the subtle interactions between body and emotion
- Those willing to support and grow together through shared group experiences
This course focuses on exploration, awareness, and embodied connection.
All levels are welcome — no dance experience is necessary.
