參加定期的線上團練課,在團體的涵容和滋養中,
透過引導慢慢養成與身體對話的習慣。
歡迎想嘗試從身體開始更了解自己、想多花一點時間陪伴自己的你。
這是一個安靜但深刻的練習,
從團體的分享開始,也從團體的分享結束。
我們從呼吸開始,帶著覺知緩緩進入身體的每個部位。
你會練習聆聽身體在當下的感受、陪伴自己的需求和察覺情緒,
並透過五感覺察,重新打開敏銳的感官。
不需要你做得好,只需要你在這裡。
在緊湊的日常裡,你可以有一個回到自己、慢下來的空間。

### About The Practice|
Join our regular online group practice and experience a space of support and nourishment, where you are gently guided to develop a dialogue with your body. This practice is for anyone who wants to start understanding themselves through the body, and spend a little more time caring for themselves.
It's a quiet yet profound practice, beginning and ending with group sharing. We start with the breath, moving with awareness through each part of the body. You will practice listening to the body’s sensations in the present moment, attending to your needs, and noticing emotions.
Through awareness of the five senses, your perceptual sensitivity is gently reopened.
You don’t need to do anything perfectly, just being present is enough.
Amid the busyness of daily life, this is a space to return to yourself and slow down.

- Those who want to cultivate self-awareness, express themselves, release stress, and care for their body
- Those seeking to nourish themselves through embodied practice and maintain resilience amid life’s fluctuations
- Those who enjoy using movement as a dynamic form of meditation and self-exploration

This course focuses on exploration, awareness, and embodied connection.
All levels are welcome — no dance experience is necessary.
This is a safe and inclusive space to move with yourself and others.
Chinese and English speakers are both welcome.
