Tournament Information
There is a prize pool of $500, awarded only to the tournament winners – 1st place.

  • Check-in is at 2:30 pm, the tournament will begin promptly at 3 pm

General Rules & Guidelines

  • Participants are allowed to bring their own peripherals (mouse, mousepad, keyboard, headset). If they choose not to, the facility can provide them with all of the peripherals necessary.
  • Spectators are allowed to visit the facility to watch the games, free of charge. The tournament will also be live-streamed via our Twitch channel: @esportsplayersclub.
  • All spectators must behave respectfully to all staff, visitors, players, and equipment. This rule applies to all ESPC-related forums such as: stream chat, Discord, and within the facility itself.
  • There is a no-tolerance policy for demeaning and threatening behavior. Harassment or bullying of any kind will result in an immediate ban from all ESPC-related forums.
  • ESPC staff can enforce these rules, and any additional rules, at their full discretion.

Tournament Rules & Guidelines

  • This is a 5v5 tournament. All players must participate in a team of 5.
  • If you do not have a full team, you may sign up as a solo participant. We will assign you to a team with other solo players. Please note that this process is not fully guaranteed and we may have to refund your ticket if there are not enough players to form a team. First come, first serve.
  • It is required for participants to meet with the tournament organorganizersre and after every match during the tournament. This is necessary for bracket updates, map updates, seating updates, and more in order to maintain the tournament schedule.
  • Participants may not leave the facility without first informing an ESPC staff member.
  • Participants may not start a match without first informing an ESPC staff member.
  • Seating is not permanent. Facility space is limited and will be accommodated accordingly. If asked, participants may have to change seats and move their peripherals.
  • Coaches, managers, and other staff associated with a team are welcome to spectate. However, they (along with spectators) are not allowed in the tournament room once a match has started.
  • All participants must at all times observe the highest standards of personal integrity and good sportsmanship. Participants are required to behave in a professional and sportsmanlike manner in their interactions with other participants.
  • Any form of cheating and/or negatively impacting the game's integrity is not tolerated.
  • Punctuality will be enforced.
  • Any team that is not at the tournament location by the start of the second round will be automatically disqualified.
  • Any team, after the start of the second round, that is not available to play within 15 minutes after a match is considered “ready to start” (without prior notification and mutual acknowledgment of an emergency or extenuating circumstance) will be automatically disqualified.
  • Participants are allowed to utilize third-party voice chat software such as Discord or Teamspeak in order to communicate with their team members.

Gameplay Rules & Guidelines

  • Matches will be played on “Competitive” settings.
  • The first team to win 13 rounds is declared the winner of the match.
  • In the case of overtime, the team that wins by 2 rounds is declared the winner of the match (ex: 15 rounds to 13 rounds).
  • Teams are responsible for ensuring their participants are punctual and in the appropriate lobby. Lobbies that are streamed live on Twitch will be organized the tournament or organizers and/or streamers
  • A lobby must not begin its match without permission from a tournament organizer.
  • All maps (except for Split, which is no longer available in the “Competitive” game mode) and all agents (including Harbor) are permitted to play.
  • The game may be paused with the occurrence of any technical or gameplay issues.
  • The match host must initiate a pause during the Buy Phase of a round after a team requests it. A pause cannot be called in the middle of a round.
  • Each team will have 5 total minutes of pause time. After a team uses their 5 minutes of pause time during a match, the next pause from the team will result in a forfeiture of the map.
  • If necessary (i.e., a technical problem or a dispute), refer to an ESPC staff member.
  • In accordance with the “Competitive” format, a team is allowed two 60-second timeouts in a match. These timeouts are voted upon and called by the participants themselves using the in-game system. Manual pauses are not the same as a tactical timeout.
