Esquina Tango Cultural Center of Austin

All ages tango is an all-level tango class characterized by its inclusive approach. We have advanced dancers who have studied for years, and also brand new beginners who start at any time and are always welcomed. We have people with disabilities and without. Dancers of ALL ages are encouraged to come—we don’t card!

This class is donation based. Default amount is $10; when proceeding with booking there will be different options for donation tiers in Step 2. You must pre-register to ensure a spot. Maximum capacity of 20 students. Class is indoors and masks are required.

No partner is needed and partner rotation is at will (those coming with a partner are not required to change partners). For partners, both people MUST make a reservation under their INDIVIDUAL name. You cannot make a reservation for two people, so make sure your partner also signs up. If you want to purchase the class for your partner, you are welcome to do that!

Ladies, Ladies, Ladies, move to the fun beat of Salsa Aerobics! Let’s take our time and really learn how to use our bodies in dance. This class will touch on dance techniques and Latin dance moves. Come learn to use your center, hips, arms, and sexy footwork while you sweat.

Tango is a highly improvisational dance that is built in layers. Come learn the structure of tango from start to finish in a relaxed atmosphere. Students are coached in the skills of leading and following — as well as the etiquette and culture of Argentine Tango.
