**OIL Talk: Friday,** **JULY 7 @ 1:00pm PT**

Recently I was asked for advice from someone preparing to travel to Europe for a month. She was a few days away from blast-off time and could only see the fog of late nights and little sleep.

I gave her my suggestions, which **gave her quite a bit of relief to know that simple things could make a big difference and keep her healthy and more centered** \- and get at least a little more sleep\.

Then she asked me what was going on in my life right now. She could see that I too was under pressure for different reasons. So **she asked me what I was doing to take care of myself, be present to do what needs to be done and live as optimally as possible.**

I told her I was trying to do many of the same things I suggested for her. She asked how’s it going. I said, better than it has in the past! I am improving.

**Here is a summary of what I shared with her:**

* **Take your supplements.** It doesn't take that long to take them. They are high value for the amount of time it takes!
* **Use your essential oils.** Same thing - you can quickly roll an oil or two on your wrists or the back of your neck, open a bottle and inhale taking some deep breaths or place a drop of Frankincense under your tongue.
* **Breathe.** Take a 2 Minute Yoga breathing break.
* **Rather than look at the mountain of challenges in front of you**, affirm something like, “Why is it so easy for me to be organized and packed so quickly?” 😊
