Release and Restore- A Chakra Aligned Sound Bath with Breathwork

Join Sacred Sound Healing (Molly Adkins) and In the Meantime Unlimited (Heather Bergen) for an event like no other. Ground and settle in for approximate 30-40 minutes of 2 stage breathwork (guided and supported by Heather) as we connect and release through each chakra using breath, sound, essential oils and some sage and palo santo. Then settle in for a deeply restorative sound bath (Molly). Emerge with a deep sense of connection to your body, mind and spirit.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, water, an eye mask and your journal if you have these. Otherwise some will be provided.
