A Breathwork session while the kiddos are at school. Moms, this one is for you. Though not limited to moms. We will gather and set intentions, perhaps journal a bit. Then gently stretch and ground our energy before we settle in for 25 minutes of 2 stage breathwork. Specially curated music will help guide your journey as you are safely nestled in your blanket cocoon. Then we will rest in a deep meditation and allow our thoughts to flow. Gently, we will emerge and share.
Gather and connect.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal and water bottle. Mats and journals will be available if needed.
