Gather, connect, and ground as we set our intentions for our breathwork session. After we introduce ourselves and journal about what we are ready to release we will gently stretch. Essential oils will be provided, and are optional to help open the chakras. Then we will settle in for a 2 stage breathwork experience and breathe for 25-30 minutes. After the breathing, melt into a deep rest/meditation and allow your thoughts to flow. Gently emerge, ground, journal and share (optional). Leave feeling renewed.
