Welcome! To create a fun, engaged, respectful, and welcoming gaming group, we use these guidelines and policies:

-Treat other gamers and their property with respect. Discriminatory, sexist, racist, harassing, hateful, homophobic, transphobic, unwanted advances or communication, and disruptive speech and behaviors, including levels of personal hygiene that cause discomfort for other gamers, will not be tolerated. If such issues are witnessed by or reported to a Leadership Team member, the member perpetrating such behaviors will be banned.

-Minors may attend ECG events only if accompanied by an adult caregiver.

-Learn and use other gamers’ names and pronouns.

-Keep your event RSVPs up-to-date so hosts can plan accordingly and wait-listed gamers can attend if your plans change. Members who repeatedly RSVP and don’t show up may be removed from the group.

-If you are feeling sick, stay home and update your RSVP!

-If an event is at a business, please spend and tip generously. Respect venue closing times.

-Treat others' games as you would like your own games to be treated and collect all pieces when packing up.

-ECG will conduct an annual, voluntary fundraiser to raise money to cover group expenses.

-Organizers will remove any member who has not visited the group on Meetup in at least 2 years.

-All members are welcome to become event hosts or join the host teams for existing events.
