Essex Crafting Group

On 23rd October my friend Jade is holding an evening of crafting. You will create your own fused glass Christmas ornaments. There is a choice between creating a Christmas themed frame, or a large and small glass stand,. You will be able to make a choice between the frame or stands when you book your space.

You will be provided with the glass and a selection of decorative glass elements to decorate them with, after which they will be fused in a kiln for you. The frame is designed to stand up and have light shine through, creating a beautiful piece.

The workshop starts promptly at 7.30 and lasts approximately an hour and a half, and guidance/tutorial will be given. Please try to arrive on time. You do not need to have had any previous experience with glass.

Under 16s welcome as long as they are of an age they can listen to, follow instructions and be safe handling and cutting glass. Please note the glass does include potentially sharp /very small pieces of glass so please take this into consideration when booking. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Spaces are limited, and full payment is required at time of booking. This payment is non-refundable once booked.

There is plenty of free parking, and its wheelchair accessible with level access. Accessible toilets are very close by.
