This is a group for Adult CHILDREN in family estrangement. It is not for parents or other caregivers.
This is NOT a 12 step program. This is an informal support group that is completely non-religious and was created, in part, because the only options available for help and support are religious 12 step programs.

Let’s meet and discuss grief in estrangement. What do you struggle with? how do you cope? where do you find support or community? what do you do to grieve your estranged?
