What we’re about
Estranged & Empowered is a group for adults who no longer have contact with their families or loved ones, and want to enjoy meet-ups and activities with people who get it. We know that estrangement can leave a deep void, but it doesn’t have to be faced alone. This group is all about connection and building community - while having fun along the way!
We’ll be hosting board game nights, walks, catch-ups, and other fun events designed to help you build friendships, find support, and feel empowered in your own story.
Come as you are, stay as long as you like, and know you’ve got a seat at the table.
