Join us for the first Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) meetup at Total Wine in Culver City.

ETA LA is for people interested in buying, operating, and growing existing businesses. Whether you’re exploring Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition for the first time, actively searching for a business, already operating one, or involved in the acquisition process, you’ll fit right in.

Bring your laptop. Leave with five new ETA connections, a sharper acquisition thesis, and a few real deals you’ve analyzed with your peers.

This isn’t a classroom or a pitch event. The idea is simple: get interesting people in the room, break into small groups, work through real opportunities together, and help each other move forward.

### 📍 Finding the room

The meeting room is on the second floor.
You can get there via the stairs or elevator located on the far-right aisle inside the main store.
If you get turned around, just ask a store associate and they’ll point you in the right direction.

### ✨ What we’ll be doing

• Bring your laptop. We’ll break into small groups, pull up real businesses for sale, and analyze potential deals together
• Sharing search criteria, deals, ideas, and what we’re currently working on
• Comparing notes on valuation, financing, deal structure, due diligence, risks, and what makes a business attractive
• Meeting searchers, owners, brokers, lenders, investors, and other people in the ETA ecosystem
• Helping each other think through opportunities and challenges

No pitch sessions. No need to have a deal under LOI or even know exactly what you want to buy yet.

Come hang out, have a glass of wine, meet some interesting people, and spend a couple of hours looking at real businesses with others interested in ETA.
