Each circle begins and ends with a guided meditation to center and ground us. During the circle, a thoughtfully chosen question will be presented for members to ponder, encouraging deep reflection and personal insight. We will come together in a safe, respectful space to discuss our thoughts, feelings, and perspectives related to the prompt.
While these chats are not a substitute for professional therapy, they offer an opportunity to connect authentically with others, gain new perspectives, and nurture your mental and emotional health.
