Welcome to another Ethereum Gothenburg meetup! This time we are joined by two projects from the ethereum space, one well known and another really new one.
MakerDAO is one of the earliest projects in the ethereum space. Their main product is a stable coin called DAI which uses a decentralized market mechanism to maintain its stability. We are joined by Edvard Hübinette, who is a developer at MakerDAO. He will explain in depth how the DAI stable coin works.
3Box (by uPort) is a new project that aims to bring usability to the ethereum ecosystem by creating an ethereum profile ecosystem. Profiles have both a public and a private part and users are in full control over how their information is used. Joel Torstensson is tech lead on the project and will give you an overview of how it works as well as a quick tutorial of how to integrate it into your app.
