Informal Online Discussion

Join us on July 13 for an online informal event. At the start of the event we will have some or all of the Decentralization Foundation (d24n [1]) founders (Elaine Ou, Steve Waldman, Jeff Flowers, Chris Peel) with us to review the accomplishments, challenges, and reasons for shutting d24n down. As always, any topic related to Ethereum is an option for discussion.

Here are some topics and questions which may be discussed:

• Was the name "The Decentralization Foundation" a good choice?
• What could have resulted in a long-term successful non-profit?
• Is the mission of d24n being fulfilled by other organizations?
• Are you or someone you know interested in hosting meetups?
• If some tool or platform were to replace meetup.com for Eth meetups, what features would it have?

This will be an online event; see the link [2]. To join from your browser without downloading the Zoom app follow the link [2], then click "Cancel" if your browser asks to open Zoom. Then click "Launch", but when it asks to open Zoom, again click "Cancel". Finally you will see a link that will allow you to connect from your browser.
