Soup Symposium: Economics 101

Join Professor Curt Collier for “Soup Symposium: Economics 101,” a welcoming monthly exploration of the ideas that have shaped our economic systems.

Meeting on the first Sunday of each month, 1 to 2 pm, from November 2026 through May 2027, the symposiums will examine important topics from the history and field of economics, asking which ideas drive our economy and where their strengths and weaknesses lie.
