Heart Mechanics is launching a Winter Practice Lab which is an open, welcoming space to practice empathy, power-sharing, and repair in real community. This kickoff is an interactive introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC): you’ll learn the basics, try a few simple practices, and get a feel for the series rhythm. Come meet others who are craving something deeper than performative “community,” and bring your questions. No prior experience with Heart Mechanics, the Ethical Society, or NVC needed.
