Dignity and Belonging

We dreamed on April 12 and collected your thoughts on a subsequent survey on one of our core values—Every person deserves to be treated fairly and kindly. Join the Dignity & Belonging Team May 17 for Forum. In order for dignity and belonging to become a strong part of our culture, YOU are part of the team.

After an introduction of the synthesized results from the mentimeter and subsequent survey, everyone will engage in three different activities.
· Think, Pair, Share
· Small group discussion
· Affinity Mapping will help our “Team” clarify desires, discover common themes and patterns, drill deeper into important issues, and suggest ways to move forward to make all people welcome at the ESSL.
