Heart Mechanics: Introduction to Nonviolent Communication
Four-Part Series at the Ethical Society

Join us for the very first Heart Mechanics offering—a four-part introductory series exploring Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Together, we’ll practice skills for speaking with clarity, listening with compassion, and building connection even in times of conflict.

Format: Each session includes a short presentation, live demonstration, practice in pairs or small groups, and group discussion. No prior experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to learn together.

When & Where:
📍 Ethical Society, Becker Room
📅 Thursdays, Sept. 11 – Oct. 2 | 6–8 p.m. (four consecutive weeks)
Facilitator: Led by artist and community practitioner Dianna Walters-Hartley, whose work weaves together creativity, care, and social healing.

Registration: Participation is capped at 25.

Please complete the registration form by Wednesday, September 10, at noon to reserve your spot. A waiting list will be kept—if your plans change, let us know so someone else may join.
