This first Ethics Intelligence London conversation will explore the question: Who decides when systems decide?

The discussion will examine how decision-making authority shifts when AI systems are introduced into institutions, professional practice and public life.

We will focus on responsibility, governance, psychological impact and the distribution of power.

Agenda

– Arrival and informal settling
– 5–10 minute framing of the central ethical question
– Moderated discussion
– Closing reflections

The format is conversational and structured. There is no speaker panel and no presentations. The emphasis is on rigorous, respectful exchange.

What to bring

Curiosity, professional experience, and willingness to engage thoughtfully. No preparation is required. If you work in leadership, policy, technology, advisory, clinical or institutional roles, your lived experience is relevant.

How to find us

The meeting is hosted at Century Club in Soho, London. You will need to provide your name to the reception.

Please arrive on time so we can begin together.

Group size is intentionally limited to support depth of discussion.

This inaugural session is complimentary. Future meetings may operate on a modest contribution basis depending on format and demand.

I look forward to seeing you there.
