April 2023: Intro to Scroll | Web3 & Public Goods | Blockchain 101

For April's Meetup, we're continuing our successful format from March!

We'll do the monthly roundup followed by splitting into 3 groups:
1. For devs, we'll have a intro to Scroll, the highly-touted ZK Rollup. It'll also be a launch of Scroll Malaysia!
2. For non-devs, we'll be diving into public goods in Web3 and going over 5 real-world projects working on it
3. For beginners, we'll have a Blockchain 101 talk to answer your basic questions about blockchains and Ethereum

Since it's Ramadhan, we'll also have some light refreshments served for us to buka puasa together!

Attendees are encouraged to do their own reading for each topic prior to the meetup, and share their understanding and opinions with each other there.
