What is Devcon?
Devcon is the Ethereum conference for developers, researchers, thinkers, and makers:

The Devcon Team
The Devcon team, as part of the Ethereum Foundation, is a group of individuals working behind the two largest ETH events: Devcon: DEVeloper CONference and Devconnect: Developer Cowork and Connect. The team is currently on a South East Asia Tour as part of "The Road to Devcon" series leading up to Devcon in Bangkok, Thailand on November 12th.
