Indonesian feast in South Slope, 2nd redux

Java has a tantalizing variety of Indonesian offerings. We went in 2021& 2022 and had excellent meals by cherry-picking our own rijstaffel (rice table sampler) instead of taking the standard mix, so let's do that again. Figure around $40-$45/pp with tax, tip, and $2 fee.

The likely menu:

Bakwan - corn fritters w/vegetables
Telor Tahu - vegetarian omelet w/bean curd, mushrooms, veggies, soy sauce & shallots
Sate Maduro - satay of tamarind-marinated chicken w/peanut sauce
Beef Rendang - beef slow-simmered in coconut milk & spices
Sayur Santen - battered fried mixed vegetables & tofu in coconut milk
Ikan Belado - crispy codfish & tofu in spicy red pepper sauce
Terong Belado - crispy eggplant & tofu in spicy red pepper sauce
Nasi Goreng - fried rice w/vegetables, scrambled egg, & chicken
Empal Goreng - grilled marinated steak slices w/wild ginger, drizzled in sweet soy sauce
Gulau Kambing - sliced lamb w/potatoes, lemongrass, & coconut milk
OR Kambing Goreng - sliced lamb w/mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic
Kare Ayam - chicken curry w/potatoes
Coconut pandan pudding and/or Fried bananas drizzled w/chocolate

(They also have some pretty exotic beverages and beer and wine, which will be billed separately as usual.)
