Korean BBQ feast in Flushing's Murray Hill
Details
Let's try out this well-reputed Korean BBQ restaurant that features duck and generous ban chan. Many items will be spicy. Cost is a little hard to estimate but I'm guessing around $50 apiece.
Some likely menu items, depending on how many people we get:
Ban chan - assorted gratis appetizers
Kimchi pancake
Daori Signature Deopbab
Chuncheon Dak Galbi - spicy chicken stir fry
Kimchi cheese Bokkeumbab (fried rice)
Sang Ori Gui - grilled duck slices
Beoljib Samgyeobsal - grilled thick-cut pork belly
Tteokbokki - sweet & spicy rice cakes in gochujang chili sauce
Stir-fried spicy squid or baby octopus on iron plate
& possibly Yangnyeom Galbi - marinated beef ribs

Please be considerate with your RSVP and change promptly to No if not coming, so as not to inconvenience the restaurant or other diners. We do keep track of no-shows, and three will get you removed from the group. Also, please bring cash and some small bills: makes everyone's lives easier.
