What Is The Worldwide Community?

I originally planned on hosting this worldwide community through private Facebook groups. Considering the instability and unreliability of social media, however, I am actually in the process of developing private, online groups for discussion on my own website. I'm not feeling at my best, will I be able to keep up?
Of course. The first time I hosted this class, only a single person showed up, and she had suffered many injuries in the past, much like many of us. I checked in with her, and we paced the breathing techniques to a level where she was comfortable. I will always check in with attendees to ensure that we are moving at a speed they are comfortable with, and that all information that is relayed is being understood efficiently.
Is This A Miracle Cure?
For me, these exercises have caused changes in my life that I could say are miraculous. However, I can't guarantee these results for everyone. I am simply giving you a wide variety of toolsets focused upon the simple topic of improving your energetic bodies. While I do hope we can all experience miracles, ultimately - it is up to you to keep up with the practices I teach you when our meeting ends, and seek the forms of spiritual healing and growth that feel most in tune with your soul.
