Join us for a nourishing Women’s Circle designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported in community as we welcome the new year. This gathering offers a safe, grounding space to breathe, share, reflect, and return to your inner wisdom.
Come as you are — there is nothing to prepare or perform. Just bring yourself, your breath, and your presence.

## ✨ What to Expect
This 90-minute circle includes:
🌿 Grounding + Breathwork
Settle your nervous system and arrive in your body.
📝 Guided Reflection / Journaling
Connect inward and gain clarity as you move into the new year.
💬 Community Sharing (optional)
A supportive space to be witnessed, heard, and held with compassion.
🧘♀️ Gentle Movement (optional + beginner-friendly)
Soften tension and open space in the body.
💛 Closing Intention-Setting Ritual
Leave feeling grounded, supported, and restored.
All expressions of womanhood are welcome. This space is trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and intentionally small for emotional safety and connection.
